Responsibilities
- Own and advance the core design system
- Maintain scalable design libraries
- Align token architecture with front-end code
- Document design patterns and guidelines
- Enable adoption across teams
- End-to-end product design & research
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- at least 1 year dedicated to building and maintaining a production design system
- Expert-level mastery of Figma with advanced component architecture
- Strong technical literacy — able to read HTML/CSS/JSX or Storybook
- Familiarity with WCAG AA accessibility standards
- Ukrainian and Russian proficiency required
