Mobile Customer Service Representative

A moving customer service role based in the Helsinki metropolitan area. We seek a mobile customer service representative for a fixed-term contract running from 19 October 2026 to 9 April 2027, covering client locations in the Helsinki region and nearby areas. Your duties include ensuring daily operation and cleanliness of coffee equipment for client cafés, inventory replenishment, ordering products and materials, refilling equipment as needed, and customer communication. A thorough onboarding will be provided; prior experience is not required. Requirements include careful, precise, and neat work; excellent service attitude and friendly customer service approach; good physical condition due to extensive on-site travel (mostly on foot); proactive and independent work style; B-driver's license. Hygienic pass and occupational safety card are a plus. We offer diverse and independent work across varied client sites, thorough onboarding, a fixed-term contract 19 Oct 2026–9 Apr 2027, weekday hours from 07:00 to 16:00, and pay according to the Food Industry collective agreement at 14–15 €/h with meal allowances for moving work.
