Haussa multichannel customer service representatives for our growing Hummi customer service team. We are expanding and seek friendly and service-minded people for the team, where delivering an excellent customer experience is central. As a service advisor you will help customers in our consumer-facing channels, mainly by phone and in writing. This role suits you if you have prior telephone-based customer service experience and enjoy precise work as part of a professional team delivering top-level service. We offer a great work culture in Jyväskylä with hybrid and on-site options; after a training period there is potential for some remote work.
