We are looking for an enthusiastic, helpful, and outgoing receptionist/customer service representative to join our team for the summer and fall season. If you love Laplands nature and want to share this passion with our guests from around the world, you are the person we are looking for! The position is permanent. Salary is based on the MaRa collective bargaining agreement. Main duties: - Checking guests in and out. - Providing customer service at the front desk, including selling beverages and light snacks. - Sharing local travel information and providing route recommendations. - Ensuring the comfort and cleanliness of the lobby. - Assisting with breakfast, meals, or serving light refreshments. We would like you to have: - A hygiene certificate and a liquor license. - Fluency in Finnish and English. - Knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian, or other languages is a plus. - Experience using Hotellinx is a plus. - Ability to communicate confidently with both domestic and international guests. - Excellent social skills: You are outgoing, cheerful, and get along easily with people. - A passion for Lapland tourism (such as hiking, fishing, and local culture) and a desire to give guests tips on activities. - Good physical condition. Previous experience is not necessarily required: the most important thing is the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We will hire the right person as soon as we find them.
