We are seeking helpers for a construction scaffolder on maintenance shutdown in Oulu! The work starts around the August/September transition and lasts until roughly the end of September. The shutdown involves long working days and possibly shift work, as well as weekend work. The job is physical and varied, and you get a good opportunity to learn from more experienced professionals. Previous experience is a plus, but the role can be trained for motivated candidates without previous experience. You fit if you have a positive and motivated attitude toward work, willingness to do long shifts and weekend work if needed, good basic fitness and readiness for physical work, safe work practices and a desire to learn new things, a valid occupational safety card and fluent Finnish. Bonus (not mandatory): previous scaffolding experience, experience in construction or industry, readiness for night shifts. We offer: pay according to the collective agreement or better, paid on time; hourly wage 12–14 EUR depending on competence and experience; good work clothes and equipment; a friendly and relaxed team; a dedicated contact person at Workeri who is accessible and helps with all employment matters.
