We are AI-first but maintain a rigorous craft in instructional design. We seek a Senior Instructional Designer to shape customer education, own end-to-end learning design, and lead live sessions and workshops for customers. You will define audiences, create learning objectives, outlines, storyboards, and assessment strategies, and collaborate with Knowledge & Enablement Specialists to publish materials. This role also involves representing our learning content at conferences in North America. You will work closely with a team of designers, contribute to a shared design system, and ensure high-quality outputs. You will travel to customer sites and speak publicly. You will be based in New York or Austin and split time between in-office and remote work. The position entails designing AI-powered workflows, measuring learning impact, and iterating on content continuously.

Responsibilities
- Own needs analysis and learning design
- Design courses, certifications, learning paths, and live sessions
- Hand off to Enablement Specialists and stay as design authority during development
- Build AI-accelerated workflows and measure impact
- Facilitate live sessions and represent the company at conferences
- Measure and improve content catalogue as a living product
