Enersense Engineering is looking for Senior level Data Centre Project Managers to join our growing team and support the delivery of our client's major data centre projects across several locations in Finland. This is a permanent opportunity to play a key role in some of Finland's most significant technical construction projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of large-scale data centre projects or major project sections, ensuring successful delivery in terms of safety, quality, schedule, budget and client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams in a fast-paced, international environment where your expertise will have a real impact. Main tasks and responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data centre construction projects. Take overall responsibility for project scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety. Lead multidisciplinary teams across CSA, MEP, commercial and support functions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration. Develop and execute project delivery strategies to meet project objectives and milestones. Oversee planning, scheduling, progress tracking, forecasting, cost control and change management. Drive project reporting, governance and performance reviews. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards throughout project execution.
