Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will work directly with the Acumatica Consultants to lead successful client interactions from start to finish. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Project Management – Partner with primary consultants to steer complex projects, providing the analytical depth needed to influence C-suite decision-making and navigate trade-offs with commercial maturity. High-Value Portfolio & Margin Management – Masterfully oversee a portfolio of 5–8 active implementations, owning the financial integrity of these projects and utilizing rigorous scope control to ensure high-quality delivery remains profitable. Predictive Risk Mitigation – Act as the project’s early warning system, analyzing cross-project dependencies and macro-trends to solve systemic bottlenecks and providing the internal team with data-driven strategies needed to prevent delays. Operational Excellence & Reporting – Define the Gold Standard for delivery documentation, leveraging deep expertise in Monday.com and Smartsheet to build sophisticated reporting ecosystems that provide executive-level visibility into project health and team velocity. Lead Trainer & Mentor – Lead post-project retrospectives to refine DSD’s delivery standards, institutionalizing Lessons Learned to mentor the team and elevate the firm’s overall project management maturity.
