Sostuki Oy is hiring for a permanent full-time position as a social work professional in child protection at Hoppskoti in Sastamala. Hoppskoti is a two-unit, 13-bed, 24/7 facility for children and youths aged 7–17 needing special support. You will work as a supervisor in the everyday life of children as part of a multidisciplinary team. The job combines care and pedagogical work with individual child-centered approaches, safe boundaries, and planned rehabilitation. Responsibilities include guiding children in daily life, maintaining a predictable routine, developing emotional skills and self-regulation, considering neuropsychiatric, psychological, and trauma-related challenges, supervising own guidance and implementing individual goals, collaborating with families, social workers, schools, and other networks, recording client work, participating in planning, and handling domestic tasks as part of family life. You will not work alone; you’ll have support from a multidisciplinary team, common practices, and supervisor support.
