You should have a healthy lifestyle and a passion for training, enjoy inspiring and motivating others, believe physical activity improves quality of life, be good at building relationships, comfortable on stage, have good communication skills, be service-minded, over 18, and able to show proof of basic training in exercise science, anatomy, and physiology or willing to take an online course.
