Bussikuski - Northern Lights Village Levi Oy - Kittilä, Finland

We are looking for a customer-oriented bus driver to join our team for the upcoming winter season at Northern Lights Village Levi. Your duties include transporting customers to designated locations around Levi and to the airport. You ensure passenger safety and satisfaction, maintain vehicle cleanliness and order, and support guides on Northern Lights tours. You perform vehicle inspections before and after trips and report any faults or repair needs to maintenance. You also use company applications to check customer data. We require a valid Finnish D-class bus license, fluent spoken and written English skills, excellent navigation and driving skills, and good communication skills. You should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. A minimum of 2 years of driving experience and experience driving in winter conditions are preferred. Preferred qualifications include customer service experience, Finnish language skills, and local knowledge. Minimum 90 hours in a 3-week period. Hourly wage negotiable based on skills and experience. If needed, we offer shared accommodation at €300/month.
