Construction Project Leader
The role is for an engineer with responsibility for managing construction projects on site. You will coordinate on-site work with foremen, handle daily planning and oversee crews, equipment, machines and subcontractors. You will continuously perform KS work and documentation, ensure schedules are updated and followed, support KMA-related activities, and prepare tender proposals. The position offers significant autonomy; you plan your own tasks and activities and make decisions on the construction site. You will be part of an experienced project team and may seek sparring to solve ongoing challenges. We expect you to have 5–8 years of relevant on-site experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and a structured, methodical approach that ensures well-thought-out planning and deadlines are met. At Aarsleff we emphasise a safe and valuable working environment and you may have opportunities for budget responsibility and later financial accountability in contracts. Contact project manager Morten Juul for more information. Deadline: 18 September 2026.
