The job involves working as a smelter in our ferrochrome plant in Tornio. You will be part of the supervising team, responsible for safe and uninterrupted melting processes, monitoring and adjusting the furnace operations, and ensuring a safe and orderly work environment. The role includes participating in troubleshooting with the team, and you will receive thorough onboarding to learn the process, equipment and plant area.
