We are recruiting for a permanent position in Hamina. PLANT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Your duties include the daily coordination of maintenance operations, planning and managing work, and serving as the main user of the ALMA maintenance system. Planning annual maintenance shutdowns is an essential part of your role. You will support the execution of work as needed. In addition to your own organisation, you will work with stakeholders and subcontractors connected to maintenance operations. You will have an excellent opportunity to develop yourself and the plant’s availability at one of the most modern production facilities in the field. To succeed in the role, you need an understanding of process equipment, work permit practices and risk management. Communication is essential in this position, so you should have good interpersonal skills.
