We are seeking a nurse for the Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue, initially placed at the senior neuvola in Vaasa. The position starts on 14 September 2026 or by agreement and ends on 31 March 2027. Senior neuvola provides preventive health care for seniors over 65, offering support for improving lifestyle and guidance on diet, exercise and social activities. The unit is part of a cross‑Pohjanmaa organization that includes senior neuvola, geriatric clinics and memory clinics. We value development work and collaboration in preventive health care for older people. A good command of both national languages is important. Requirements: licensed nurse under the Health Care Professionals Act (559/1994); proficient spoken and written skills in both national languages; vaccination protection valid under the Infectious Diseases Act (1227/2016) §48; submission of a criminal record extract as per §6(2) of the criminal records act; probationary period applies.
