We are seeking for our client in Turku a building caretaker for permanent employment. The job starts immediately or according to agreement. The work is independent general maintenance of properties including yards and indoor areas: changing lamps, reading meters, replacing IV filters. The job also includes orders and reporting to the property manager to plumbers and electricians as needed. Requirements: some experience in similar tasks, some understanding of heating plants, good social skills, good work attitude, natural willingness to start working, Finnish language proficiency, B-driver's license.
