Project Manager

Aii Corporation Oy is seeking a project manager for the solar park project (Solar+BESS) to lead and drive the hybrid solar park project to completion in a financially viable way. The project is worth over 30 million euros and involves a solar park and a battery energy storage system (BESS). You will work closely with the chief designer and the technical expert and bear overall responsibility for the project results. The role requires the ability to structure complex tasks, manage contracts, and ensure quality, schedule and budget realization. You will anticipate bottlenecks and handle urgent and challenging situations. A number of subcontractors will be involved, and you must cooperate effectively with them. Work environment is evolving and processes are not fully defined; you will contribute to shaping how work is done. The role may be performed largely from a home office, but regular travel to the site in Satakunta is required. We require a technically and economically capable university degree (Construction Engineer, DI, Production Management Engineer), experience in leading construction projects and financially viable implementation, experience with large industrial or commercial building projects with substantial earthworks and infrastructure components, fluent Finnish and good English.
