Construction Site Supervisor

We are looking for a construction site supervisor to oversee multiple industrial construction sites. The role involves coordinating schedules, managing resources, directing workers and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality, and resolving issues quickly. The candidate should have experience in construction management or a strong motivation to develop in supervisory roles, with the ability to handle multiple sites, good communication and organizational skills, a firm and solution-oriented approach, and a valid driving license. Travel between sites during the workday is required. The position is with RTJ Työvoimaa / RTJ Konevoimaa, a company with over 40 years of experience in construction labor and equipment rental.
