Home Care Nurse

We are seeking a nurse for a permanent position in home care to join a good and developing team. The successful candidate will have initiative and a development-minded attitude, good organizational skills, and a strong wish to provide high-quality nursing care together with the rest of the team. The role involves taking responsibility, supporting the rest of the team, and participating in developing operations. You will work closely with a supervisor and be an important part of the daily operation of the team. Your day-to-day tasks include planning and coordinating nursing work, supporting practical nurses in everyday work, patient visits such as administering medications, wound care, and assessing the patient’s condition, ensuring the quality and smoothness of care, collaborating with patients, relatives and the multidisciplinary team, developing practices and procedures with the team, and close collaboration with the supervisor.
