Production Intern

We are looking for a motivated production intern to support our production team in a variety of tasks. The role offers a valuable hands-on experience in a Finnish fashion house. Responsibilities will vary depending on the internship period and team needs. They may include: monitoring production processes and assisting with production scheduling; maintaining sample catalogues and updating material data; supporting supplier communications and tracking orders and deliveries; assisting with quality documentation and the complaint process; using Adobe programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for production materials and technical documents; possible assistance in the sewing room; exploring and testing internal AI tools as part of the team; ad hoc tasks as part of a multidisciplinary team. We expect you to be studying a fashion-related higher education degree or another suitable field, and the internship part of your studies. Initiative and willingness to learn independently; precise, systematic working style and good problem-solving skills; good Excel skills; experience with production management systems is a plus (DAFO); proficiency in Adobe programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); fluent Finnish and English; team player with strong communication skills and positive energy in a small dynamic team.
