Specialist Support Pilotage and Accounting

3 first months, you join the Pennylane Academy and train continuously on the product and team mechanics. You learn about our company, vision, and departments, identify stakeholders, collaborate effectively, and start answering accounting-related requests with informed responses. 4 to 6 months: you gain autonomy, take full ownership of requests, manage increasingly complex client inquiries, contribute to client help materials, share knowledge with colleagues, and relay client feedback to product teams. Then you become a product expert, drive improvements, and may move into other teams later.
