Building caretaker

Building caretaker We are looking for a building caretaker for our client in Turku for a permanent contract. The work starts immediately or according to agreement. The job involves independent general property maintenance of outdoor areas and indoor spaces, including tasks such as changing light bulbs, reading meters, and replacing IV filters. When needed, the work also includes ordering and reporting on plumbing and electrical tasks to the property manager. We expect: some experience in similar tasks; a basic understanding of heating plants; good social skills; a positive work attitude; a natural eagerness to work; proficiency in Finnish; and a B-driver's license.
