Recycling Station Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible and practical person to lead a recycling station in Turku. The role combines supervisory duties, customer service, material handling and hands-on work at the recycling site. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the recycling sector and is eager to develop further. Responsibilities include organizing daily unit operations, receiving and sorting metal scrap, preparing purchase receipts and other documents, performing sorting, loading and unloading with material handling equipment and forklift, and providing customer service along with other front-line supervisory tasks. Requirements include prior experience in recycling, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, willingness to participate in physical work, and good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
