Job Description
ReOrbit is looking for a Project Manager – Software & Mission Systems to lead all software, mission‑system, and ground‑segment integration activities for the SiltaSat GEO satellite. This role ensures the successful development, verification, release, and in‑orbit validation of mission‑critical software for long‑duration GEO operations. It's an exciting chance to join a dynamic start-up, with the opportunity to make a real impact, to reach our goal of pushing the boundaries of space data transfer. This job can be based in our headquarter in Helsinki, Finland or Bengaluru, India. Responsibilities include leading flight software development, coordinating ground systems, managing mission‑system integration, interpreting software architecture documents, overseeing software verification, leading in‑orbit validation planning, coordinating with software teams, supporting ground‑segment integration, and serving as custodian of the Software Interface Design Description Document.
