Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a passionate early childhood education teacher to join Kielon day care in Vantaa. The role involves listening attentively to children and their guardians, and contributing to a warm, supportive, and collaborative learning environment. The successful candidate will work in a three-educator model and focus on the child and family’s needs with an individualised, sensitive approach. The day care emphasizes shared activity, exploration, and curiosity, with opportunities for outdoor, nature, movement, and cultural activities. We support each other in daily changes, are committed to ongoing professional development, and value a positive team atmosphere. Kielon day care opened recently in Tikkurila (Vantaa) and is part of a service unit that includes Lauhatien day care. The role is full-time with 38 h 15 min per week, permanent, and located at Kielon day care. Salary follows the Municipal Education Personnel Collective Agreement (OVTES). The base salary is 3129.46–3234.53 EUR/month, with an additional 15 EUR/month for teaching qualifications and 37.88 EUR/month for a master’s degree. Experience-related increases are 3–8%.
