Specialist Supervisor

Rinnekodit Seljassa offers day-time activities to promote participation for people with disabilities and supports a humane, inclusive work culture. The unit is centrally located in Pasila, Helsinki. The role involves applying clinical expertise in guiding and basic care, supporting clients’ functioning and well-being, and handling reporting. You will plan weekly and daily activities with another specialist supervisor, coordinate overall implementation, and act as the right hand to the supervisor. You may also serve as a sole supervisor for some clients, maintaining contact with families and housing contacts, and engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration. Enthusiasm for activities such as music, storytelling, multisensory activities or bodywork is welcome. Requirements include AMK in social and health care or near completion, social health care professional card or readiness to obtain it during the probation period, readiness to demonstrate medication administration, Finnish language proficiency for documentation and client interaction, a hygiene passport, a wish to guide groups and share knowledge, and vaccination protection under Infectious Diseases Act 48 §. Rinnekodit is smoke-free and drug-free; a background check will be conducted.
