We are seeking a service house cleaner for Kotokartano in Ilmajoki. Kotokartano is a 24/7 residential care unit that houses 26 residents. The facility also includes Rentola, a 14‑place rehabilitative short-term unit for special care. At Kotokartano every resident is met as an individual with respect for their values and routines. We will guide and support you to start in the role. Your task is to handle household cleaning and housekeeping tasks. We value proactive, flexible teamwork and a positive approach when interacting with residents and colleagues. Work is carried out on weekday mornings. We offer varied and interesting work and a developing workplace. The required qualification is a vocational diploma in the cleanliness and facility services field as “toimitilahuoltaja” (facility cleaner) or “laitoshuoltaja” (institution cleaner) or demonstrated competence gained through work experience. Proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written) is required. Salary terms are determined by the SOTE collective agreement; starting pay is €2390.05 per month. A probationary period applies. A criminal background check is required under Act 741/2023 §28 before taking up the position. A nicotine-free workplace is in effect. The position requires vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act §48 and a tuberculosis clearance under §55. Original educational and work certificates will be checked during a potential interview.
