Join us in doing meaningful work for child protection. We are currently looking for a Nurse responsible for general care in Ulvila at Sospro Kapteeni, a high-level foster care unit for 11–17-year-olds, focusing on neuropsychiatric rehabilitation. The unit employs a unit manager, five care and pedagogy workers, a nurse, and two night guards, with staffing of 1.3. We are part of the RavaniKoti complex including other units. The nurse’s duties include bringing psychiatric rehabilitation perspectives to care and upbringing, assessing health, acting as health-care contact person, planning and supervising medication, and supporting the team and other mentors. In addition to nurse duties, you will participate in supervising and guiding the placed child’s care and upbringing plans. The role is a three-shift, permanent full-time position starting as agreed. We expect previous experience or strong interest in child welfare, and a degree in Nursing (AMK). A valid hygiene card, B-driver’s license and social and health care professional card are required. The contract follows the Private Social Services Sector Collective Agreement with a 6-month trial period. A police background check for working with children is required. The offer includes professional development via Sospro Academy with Tampere University of Applied Sciences, a supportive work community, wellbeing benefit of 400 €/year, a salary corresponding to the G24 pay scale of the Private Social Services Collective Agreement (2665.28–2960.74€) plus a 50€/month nurse allowance, possible additional monthly allowances (50–150€) for continuing education, comprehensive occupational health care, and a staff recognition scheme. - Lapselle laadittava hoito- ja kasvatussuunnitelma ohjaa työskentelyäsi lapsen kanssa
- toimit sijoitetun lapsen omaohjaajana
