Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are hiring a dedicated early childhood education teacher for Ylästö day care (Ylästön päiväkoti) in Vantaa. The role involves working in the preschool group within a shared team that includes another early childhood education teacher, a child care helper, and an assistant. The unit emphasizes inclusive leadership and professional growth, with a friendly, collaborative work climate and close cooperation with the local community. The day care is part of the Ylästö unit consisting of three day cares, led by co-leaders focusing on personnel and pedagogy.
