Gainer Oy, a family-owned charity fundraising partner, is seeking goal-oriented and sales-driven fundraisers to contact potential donors by phone, engage interest, and recruit monthly givers. The role includes clear personal and team targets, ongoing feedback, and support to become a better salesperson. Training and onboarding are provided, with no prior fundraising or sales experience required. Responsibilities include reaching out to donors, explaining the impact of generous giving, and guiding conversations to a close. Flexible working hours and opportunities for remote work or a Kalasatama office are available, with part-time schedules (at least 15–20 hours per week) and an average earnings of 13–15 €/h in fundraising. Proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written) and comfortable use of computers (Teams and Outlook) are expected; Swedish is an asset in multilingual projects.
