Job Description As a Service Engineer for our client company, you will be responsible for maintenance, servicing, and commissioning tasks for UPS systems for clients in the data center industry and healthcare sector. Your tasks include troubleshooting, lifecycle maintenance, part replacements (such as batteries), and power quality analysis. You will work as part of a maintenance team, which includes other service engineers, project specialists, and technical sales staff. Customer sites are mainly located in the capital region and nearby areas such as Järvenpää, Kerava, and Porvoo. The work is field-oriented, but on Fridays, the focus is typically on reporting and internal team meetings, allowing for remote work. The role requires initiative, strong electrical technical skills, and good interpersonal skills in customer interactions. Job Tasks In your role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of electrical systems, from installation to maintenance, combining technical expertise with high-quality customer service. - Maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of UPS systems - Commissioning and installation of new electrical systems - Power quality analysis and lifecycle maintenance - Maintenance reporting and technical documentation - Close cooperation with customers and various stakeholders. We are looking for - Technical background in electrical engineering (installer, engineer, or DI) - Work experience in field maintenance and electrical installations - Knowledge of low-voltage systems (230V, 400V) - Fluent Finnish and English skills - B driver's license. To succeed in this role, you are: - Service-oriented – enjoy customer work and solving their problems - Open – confidently share your views and development ideas - Persistent – accustomed to working in a physical environment. A drug test will be conducted for the selected candidate.
