Industrial Painter

We are looking for two people to join our client in Kurikka for powder coating work. The permanent, full‑time positions involve two shifts: mornings 06:00–14:00 and evenings 14:00–00:00 from Monday to Thursday, with Friday off. The powder coater is responsible for surface treatment and painting of metal parts, including preparation, execution of the painting process, and quality control. Prior experience is advantageous. Physical capability for a two‑shift schedule and fluency in Finnish are preferred. The client will provide training. Compensation follows the Technology Industry collective agreement; wage group 7 with a personal pay supplement of at least 6% resulting in at least 15.01 €/h. A productivity bonus system is in use at the employer. Starts are as soon as a suitable candidate is found. We offer a meaningful, full‑time position in a respected company.
