Job Description You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of large project entities, ensuring that different aspects of building services work together seamlessly. You will work in close cooperation with various stakeholders in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment. The work is mobile in nature and requires a willingness to travel to project sites across Finland. Responsibilities In your role, you will manage extensive entities and ensure that demanding building services projects are completed with high quality, on time, and within budget. - Responsible for the management and overall control of large project entities - Ensure project progress according to the agreed schedule - Responsible for project cost management and budget monitoring - Monitor work quality and the implementation of technical requirements - Work closely with various stakeholders and partners - Prioritize tasks and solve challenges with a goal-oriented approach We Are Looking For - Technical educational background, such as an engineer or Master of Science in Engineering (Building Services/HVAC, Electrical) - Strong experience in project manager, project lead, or Lead roles - Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects - Experience in project management, cost calculation, and scheduling - Fluent skills in Finnish and English - Willingness to travel within the capital region and to project sites (e.g., Kouvola and Lappeenranta) We Value If You Have - Data center expertise or experience in similar technical environments - Experience in industrial, commercial, or facility construction projects To succeed in the role, you are: - Able to prioritize - Stress-tolerant - Collaborative Our Recruitment Process Academic Work is handling this search on behalf of its client, who requests that all questions regarding the position be directed to Academic Work.
