What You’ll Do: Join Diversey’s growing Food & Beverage – Dairy team as a Territory Account Manager , where you’ll partner with dairy manufacturers to improve hygiene, operational efficiency, and product quality. You’ll build strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver hands-on cleaning, sanitation, and process solutions across dairy processing operations. This role suits someone who enjoys field-based work, customer engagement, and solution selling within a technical environment. Your Role at a Glance: Manage assigned dairy accounts by providing ongoing service support, technical consultation, and sales development within a defined territory. Deliver application expertise and on-site execution, including CIP hygiene programs, sanitation processes, customer training, and audits , to reinforce Diversey’s value proposition and brand credibility. Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities within existing dairy customers and developing new accounts through product, application, and process improvement recommendations. Consistently focus on sales execution and achievement of sales targets within the dairy segment. Collaborate with Technical Service, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective implementation and ongoing customer support. What You’ll Bring to Us: Bachelor’s degree in food science, food engineering, chemical, or related fields 1–3 years of experience in dairy production, QA/QC, sanitation, hygiene, technical service, or technical sales within the food industry. (Fresh graduates with relevant internships in dairy or food manufacturing are welcome.) Good interpersonal and communication skills, Solid demonstrated presentation skills Results-oriented with high sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook. Ability to implement problem solving techniques in order to resolve customer issues and take corrective action. Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment.
