Inkoo is a maritime municipality with approximately 5,000 residents, located only 45 minutes from Helsinki. Here, you will have the opportunity to perform diverse rural doctor duties in an idyllic environment. About 60% of the municipality's residents are Swedish-speaking and 40% Finnish-speaking, and our patients generally speak both languages. In addition to basic outpatient care, you can choose to perform various sector tasks such as emergency outpatient services, maternal clinics, and school health services. We work in a team model: experienced case managers know their patients well, which results in smooth daily operations—for example, callback responses are typically completed on the same day. Bilingualism is an advantage, but proficiency in Finnish alone is sufficient. Workplace name and address: Inkoo Health Station, Rantatie 6, Inkoo Working hours: 38 hours 15 minutes per week. The position is a fixed-term, employment relationship. Start date: as per agreement. Patient record system: Lifecare Salary: starting from 5981 EUR/month + performance-based bonus and a separate regional allowance of 525.07 EUR/month. What do we expect from you? You must have a licensed medical degree. We hope you have good cooperation and interaction skills and a desire to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Good oral and written skills in either Finnish or Swedish are required, along with at least satisfactory skills in the other national language. Additionally, the position requires vaccination against infectious diseases as per section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act and tuberculosis screening as per section 55 of the same act. Candidates may be asked to provide a drug test certificate in accordance with the West Uusimaa Well-being Services County’s substance abuse program. Why choose us?
