Inspiration and a supportive team await you as a sterile processing technician in HUS. We are hiring two (2) technicians for permanent positions in Jorvi’s sterile processing department. Start date 14.9.2026 or by agreement. The tasks include maintenance of instruments and devices used in patient care, cleaning, disinfection, packaging and sterilization, plus maintenance of flexible endoscopes and logistics tasks. The role is part of a multiprofessional team. Two units: Operating Unit (three-shift) and Emergency Unit (two-shift). Please indicate which unit you apply to primarily.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and sterilize patient care instruments and devices
- Clean, disinfect and package equipment
- Maintain flexible endoscopes
- Handle logistical orders
Requirements
- A sterile processing qualification
- Good Finnish language skills (spoken and written)
- Vaccination against infectious diseases per Infectious Diseases Act
- Health clearance for working in health care facilities
