Concrete Foreman

We are seeking a senior concrete foreman for our client in Oulu. The role requires a degree in a relevant field, solid experience in concrete construction and supervision of concrete works, and certification (or eligibility) as a certified foreman. Your duties include planning, leading and supervising concrete works, ensuring work is carried out according to plans, quality requirements and schedules. You will work closely with site management, designers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders, so good communication and organizational skills are essential. The selected person will be employed directly by the client as a permanent employee. Salary will be agreed based on experience and competence. Start date by agreement. We expect: a degree in a relevant field; solid experience in concrete construction and supervision of concrete works; certified foreman or eligibility to obtain certification; good knowledge of concrete construction standards, quality requirements and work methods; strong organizational and interpersonal skills; independent and responsible work attitude; proficient IT skills.
