Mechanical Assembler

Are you handy and precise, with an interest in technology, mechanical installation and assembly? We are now looking for a mechanical assembler for our client in Hervanta, Tampere. The work consists of mechanical installation and assembly of hydraulic products. You will get to manufacture, among other things, specialist valves for rock-drilling equipment, oil-drilling rigs and forestry machines, as well as carry out other larger assembly jobs. You do not need to be an experienced professional for this role. It is an excellent opportunity especially for someone at the beginning of their career, as comprehensive onboarding is provided. Long work experience is not the most important thing; an interest in technology, an initiative-taking attitude and a genuine desire to learn are what matter. What do we expect from you? - An interest in mechanical installation or assembly work - The ability to use common hand tools - A careful and precise approach to work - An initiative-taking attitude and willingness to learn - Teamwork skills Hydraulics expertise is considered a strong advantage, but it is not essential. Your educational background could be in mechanical engineering or metalworking, for example, but above all we value motivation, a good attitude and a desire to develop professionally.
