With a strong order book, continued investment and ambitious growth plans, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business where you'll have genuine opportunities to develop your career.<br /><br />Working alongside an experienced commercial and operational team, you'll support the commercial management of multiple projects from contract award through to final account. The role offers plenty of variety, exposure to NEC contracts and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.<br /><br />What's on Offer</p><ul><li>Salary of £48,000 - £58,000</li><li>£5,000 Car Allowance</li><li>Discretionary Bonus</li><li>Private Healthcare</li><li>Contributory Pension Scheme</li><li>25 days annual leave plus bank holidays</li><li>Structured career development and genuine opportunities for progression</li><li>Long-term job security with a growing infrastructure contractor</li></ul><p><br /> <strong>The Role</strong><br /> As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for supporting the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of contracts, working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong client relationships.<br /><br />Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Supporting the commercial management of projects from contract award through to final account</li><li>Preparing and submitting valuations, applications for payment and compensation events/variations</li><li>Monitoring project costs, budgets and forecasts to maximise commercial performance</li><li>Assisting with the preparation of Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and other commercial reporting</li><li>Procuring and commercially managing subcontractors and suppliers</li><li>Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders</li><li>Identifying commercial risks and opportunities while providing practical commercial advice to operational teams</li><li>Supporting negotiations and assisting with the agreement of final accounts</li></html>
