Flamingo Bowl is a modern fast-casual restaurant concept built around fresh bowl dishes. There is already a Flamingo Bowl restaurant in Finland, in Forum shopping centre in central Helsinki. The next goal is to grow Flamingo Bowl into a stronger nationwide restaurant chain in Finland. What does the Master Franchise Partner role involve? The Master Franchise Partner acts as Flamingo Bowl’s strategic partner in Finland and is responsible, together with the concept owner, for the long-term development of the Finnish market. The role includes implementing Finland’s growth plan, developing new areas and business locations, finding new franchise entrepreneurs, and building and supporting a Finnish entrepreneur network. This is not an opportunity to run a single restaurant, but a chance to build and develop Flamingo Bowl’s business more broadly in Finland. What kind of partner is right for Flamingo Bowl? We are looking for an entrepreneurial, business-oriented and growth-minded person or company with the ability and motivation to build the concept into a nationwide growth business. Experience in the restaurant industry, franchising, retail, chain operations, or managing and developing multiple locations is an advantage. Good knowledge of the Finnish market, strong commercial skills, the ability to build collaborative networks, and long-term commitment to growing the business are important. The Master Franchise Partner must also have sufficient financial resources to launch and grow the Finnish business. What does Flamingo Bowl offer? You will have access to the established and tested Flamingo Bowl concept, brand, products, operating models, and expertise in developing the concept. The aim of the partnership is to build a systematically growing franchise network in the Finnish market, with the Master Franchise Partner playing a central role between Flamingo Bowl and local franchise entrepreneurs. There is already an operating Flamingo Bowl restaurant in Finland, providing a concrete starting point in the Finnish market. Interested?
