Night Receptionist

Experienced night receptionist in Roveniemi – permanent job awaiting! Are you at your best when the world sleeps? We are looking for an experienced night receptionist for a permanent, full-time position. The hotel is located about 10 km from central Rovaniemi. What will you do in this job? On night shifts you will manage hotel reception, check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest questions, and ensure the night runs safely and smoothly. The role is independent, but not alone - there is a team behind you. We hope you have prior hotel front desk experience, especially night shifts, knowledge of Opera Cloud, excellent customer service skills and a proactive work attitude, and fluent Finnish and English (other languages are a plus).
