Daytime Activities Instructor

The VAKE organization (Taitopaja Kaisla) seeks an instructor for daytime activities for adults with disabilities. The permanent, full-time position is based at Taitopaja Kaisla in Vantaa, with possible duties at other welfare-area units in Vantaa and Kerava. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing daytime activities with clients, ensuring client participation and autonomy. Documentation is done in the Apotti system. Primary location is Taitopaja Kaisla; some work may occur at other units. Interviews may be held during the application period (early September 2026). The role emphasizes client participation, autonomy, and reciprocal engagement. Daily group activities are conducted with individual needs in mind.
