Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a temporary helper to join the home care team in Ekenäs, part of Folkhälsan in Raseborg. You will study or already have training in social and health care, and you will provide support to help older adults live at home with independence. The role involves assisting with daily tasks, personal care, social support, or home-based care. Work is independent and conducted in two shifts between 07:00 and 21:00, primarily at Folkhälsan homes in Ekenäs and nearby areas. A valid medicine administration passport (薬剤) and hygiene certificate are required. For nursing assistants a nursing qualification or equivalent prior diploma (e.g., practical nurse or primary nurse) with registration in Valvira is required; a valid medicine administration permit is expected. We also welcome students in social and health care with at least 60 study points. Our working language is Swedish, with good spoken and written skills; Finnish language skills are also required in spoken form.
