Construction Logistics Night Shift Supervisor

We are growing our team and seek a Participating Night Shift Supervisor for the Lahti project. The Participating Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating logistics work on construction sites together with other site supervisors. Typical tasks at the site include: managing material flows and coordinating, organizing hoardings, debris removal and waste management, maintaining cleanliness and safety on site, and directing and developing on-site services. We expect: experience in construction logistics on sites and/or strong site-work experience, basic IT skills, fluent Finnish (English is a plus), good communication and collaboration skills, a proactive mindset, and willingness to work night shifts.
