What You'll Bring: - 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS, fintech, or scale-up environment. - Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, GTM processes, and revenue models (MRR, ARR, TCV). - Experience managing and optimizing CRM and GTM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). - Highly analytical, with proven ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. - A growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
