At SD Worx, you will be part of a team advising small and medium-sized businesses. As an experienced Senior Payroll and HR Consultant (m/f/d), you will stay close to your customers through your personal commitment. You make sure your customers can turn to you with every question. You are an exemplary team player and build a genuine relationship of trust with your customers. You listen carefully to customers' needs and get to the bottom of every request. You make time every day for in-depth customer advice. You use your expertise in HR and payroll in connection with our SME services and their sustainable development for the benefit of your customers. You process and administer your customers' payroll correctly and reliably. What do you bring? A strong passion for payroll and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction and genuine teamwork. In addition: Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification or degree Several years of experience in payroll Knowledge of payroll tax and social security law Practical experience in HR work Customer-focused expertise: curiosity and enthusiasm for keeping up with trends and innovations, developing your expertise and making it available for customer solutions From service to customer loyalty: the ability to assess a customer's situation, fundamental wishes and needs, and create value that the customer recognises throughout the collaboration, even in a constantly changing environment Confident use of standard MS Office tools Strong communication skills combined with a commercial mindset Willingness to learn and a pronounced service and customer orientation Very good German and good spoken and written English From many places, we work as one to get better together.
