Pellinge Byaråd is looking for an after-school activity instructor for Pellinge's after-school club. The job is suitable for a person who enjoys working with children and appreciates a small, community-oriented, and nature-proximate working environment. The club consists of a small group of happy and active primary school-aged children. Activities are organized in a unique archipelago environment where nature, the sea, and community are part of everyday life. As an instructor, you will be responsible for ensuring the children have safe, pleasant, and meaningful afternoons after the school day. Responsibilities include: - planning and guiding games, crafts, outdoor activities, and other activities - creating a safe, positive, and encouraging atmosphere - supporting children's social interaction and social skills - organizing activities in nature and the immediate environment - cooperating with families, the school, and local operators - practical tasks related to snacks and daily routines We value a warm attitude, initiative, responsibility, and an interest in working with children. Previous experience working with children is an advantage, but the most important things are a suitable personality and enthusiasm for the role. You will get to work in a small and close-knit community where the sea, nature, and archipelago life are part of the workday. The after-school club instructor works on school days, not during holidays. Working hours: 20-25h /week. The workplace is not accessible by public transport.
