We are looking for warm, caring, and passionately dedicated Home-based Pediatric Helpers for short-term family home care on on-call basis in the Lempäälä and Valkeakoski area. The work takes place primarily in the child’s own home, in a familiar, safe environment. Our mission is to provide individualized, heartful child care of high quality. The team needs you if you love working with children and are ready to offer the best possible help and support with a big helping heart and passion. In the caregiver role you support the family according to their wishes and needs in their everyday life, and the job may include light household tasks. The work is on a on-call basis; our aim is to have every child assigned a permanent caregiver.
