Early Childhood Teacher

A role for an enthusiastic early childhood teacher to join Illenpihan unit in Vantaa; contribute to building a sensitive and safe everyday life where the child is truly at the centre of activity. You will join a high‑calibre team of engaged colleagues, working with two teachers and one childminder. The unit is connected to Illenpihan early childhood education, and the position is a temporary replacement with potential to become permanent. You are expected to have strong Finnish writing and speaking skills and to be open to trying different approaches. The role emphasizes supporting children's social skills through the ProVaka framework and collaborating with the rest of the staff. Location: Illenpihan unit, Illenpiha 6, 01520 Vantaa.
