We are seeking a property caretaker for our client sites in Tornio for the winter season. The role involves maintaining outdoor and yard areas at client properties using a wheel loader. The position is a on-call temporary contract, with hours determined by the client site and substitutions. Prior experience with wheel loaders and property maintenance is beneficial. A valid B driver’s license is required. A valid occupational safety card is an advantage, and we provide training if needed. The role is mobile and independent, requiring responsibility and the ability to plan one’s own work.
